1. Who we are

TOP SPOT (“we”, “us”) operates the TOP SPOT arcade, the Minecraft network, and the store at topspot.gg. By creating an account or playing as a guest you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

TOP SPOT is for ages 13 and up. You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. One person, one account — don’t share, sell, or transfer accounts.

3. Coins, gems, and purchases

Coins and gems are virtual items with no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Money buys time, not advantage — there is no pay-to-win in multiplayer. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases of virtual items are final once delivered.

4. Fair play

No cheating, botting, exploiting, or disrupting other players. No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. TOP SPOT+ and passes

TOP SPOT+ is a recurring or one-off membership; battle passes are monthly. Recurring memberships renew until cancelled. Benefits and pricing may change with reasonable notice.

6. Content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you create, but grant us a licence to host and display it within our services. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; we’ll post the date above. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend the service or your access where necessary.
