Getting started

Getting started

Set up your account and find your first game.

Creating your account

Sign up with an email and password, or a supported social login. Pick a username (this is your public handle) and enter your date of birth. You must be 13 or older.

You may be asked to complete a quick verification check when you sign up or log in.

You can sign in later with either your username or your email.

Your welcome reward

The first time you're signed in, a welcome pop-up lets you claim a starter reward straight to your wallet, and points you at the first things to do: pick a tag, find players, and jump into the arcade.

You can also redeem promo codes any time from the Store's "Got a code?" box.

First things to do

Choose a game, then open Solo to practise or Online to find a match.

Make it yours: equip a free tag and browse items in the Store.

Add people: search for players or add a friend by username on the Friends page.

Account & profile

Account & settings

Manage your account.

Settings

In Settings you can update your profile and email, change your password, switch light/dark theme, choose which notifications you receive, see your purchases, manage blocked players, and sign out.

Notifications

Turn categories on or off (messages, friend requests, gifts, game invites, rank-ups). Turning one off actually stops those notifications, not just hides them. Important account notices always come through.

Tags, badges & items

Make your profile and name your own.

Tags

Tags are short, styled labels next to your name. Browse them by category in the Store.

Some are free to equip, some are bought with coins/gems, and some are earned. You can have one equipped at a time, and you can change it whenever you like.

Badges & titles

Badges are earned account-status icons (Early Player, Supporter, Founder, Beta, Creator, TOP SPOT+, and level/win milestones). They show on your profile and preview popup; you can equip up to three.

Titles are earned per game (Rookie → Skilled → Expert → Master → Legend) and show next to that game's level.

Avatar frames, banners & backgrounds

Buy avatar frames, profile banners, backgrounds and win effects from the Store's Profile section.

Equip them from your Locker; your equipped frame, banner and backdrop show on your profile and preview popup.

Payments & billing

Coins, gems & passes

Purchases, passes and wallet history.

Coins vs gems

Coins come from levelling up, daily rewards, battle passes, season rewards and crates. Coin packs are not sold.

Gems can be bought with money and can also appear in crates. Coins and gems buy items for your games and profile; the Store shows each item's price and currency.

There is no converting coins into gems, and every item has a single price in a single currency, never both.

Battle pass & TOP SPOT+

Battle pass: a monthly reward track per game/mode. Play to climb tiers and claim free and premium rewards.

TOP SPOT+: a membership that unlocks all battle passes, member items and perks, and gives you a + badge.

Gifting, wallet history & purchases

You can gift coins or gems to friends. Every change to your wallet is listed in your profile's Wallet activity.

Real-money orders and receipts live in Settings → Purchases. If something's wrong, use Request refund on a paid order and our team will review it.

Games & ranked

Playing games

How matches work across the arcade.

Game modes

Online: choose a private game with friends, Casual, Ranked or a game-specific variant. Available modes are listed on each game's menu.

Solo: practise against the computer or play solo challenges where available.

Pass and play: take turns with friends on the same device. Friendly games do not affect your rating or award match rewards.

There is no undo button in-game. In a match you can pause for sound options or to resign.

Ongoing games & resigning

Open Ongoing games to return to an unfinished online match.

Time limits vary by game and mode. Leaving the screen does not pause an online match.

Resigning a Ranked match counts as a loss and awards no XP. Use Resign when you want to leave the match permanently.

Ranked & leaderboards

How ratings, divisions and leaderboards work.

Casual and Ranked

Games with Casual and Ranked keep the two ratings separate. Casual shows a public ELO rating that does not reset each season. Ranked shows your division and Rank Points.

Ranked starts with 5 placement matches, then puts you in a Division from 10 (entry) up to 1 (top). Win to earn Rank Points (RP) and climb; hit 100 RP to promote, drop below 0 to demote.

Above Division 1 sits the elite band for the best players in a game: Top 100, Top 50, Top 10, and #1. Ranked soft-resets each season; Casual doesn't. Playing the computer is practice only and doesn't affect either rating.

Choose the online mode you want to play. Matchmaking uses the rating for that mode.

Leaderboards

Overall ranks players by account level. Game leaderboards show the rankings and stats available for each game.

Filter by friends or global, by division, and by timeframe. There are also stat boards for fastest win, fewest moves, high score, wins and streaks, depending on the game.

Sign in to see your position where you have a ranking.

Rewards & crates

Earning rewards & opening crates

Earn coins and XP, and see what is inside each crate.

Earning XP & coins

Eligible matches award XP, not coins. Ranked wins build your win streak, with double XP from three consecutive wins. Levelling up can award coins and Rank Up crates.

Claim coins through level rewards, daily rewards, battle passes, season rewards and crates. Your wallet activity shows each reward you receive.

Solo practice does not affect online ratings or win streaks.

Friendly games and resigning pay nothing.

Crates & drop odds

Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary crates can be bought with gems. Rank Up crates are earned through levelling up and cannot be bought.

Crates can contain items, coins or gems. Check Crate odds for the available rewards and their chances before buying or opening a crate.

Safety & privacy

Friends, chat & safety

Play with people, safely.

Following & friends

Follow is public and one-way (follower/following counts are public). Friends are private and mutual (request and accept).

Find people with the player search on Friends, add by username, or from the "Recently played with" suggestions.

Messages & game invites

Direct-message friends in real time. Invite a friend to play from the Friends list. They get a notification, and accepting starts a friendly match.

Block, mute & report

Block someone (from their profile, the preview popup, or a DM) and they can't message, invite or follow you, and you stop following each other. Manage your blocked list in Settings.

Mute hides someone's chat without affecting them. Report a player or a message (with a reason) and our moderators review it.
